Terra
Wellington is a media personality,
actress, and writer.
Currently, she
is most well-known for her dedication to healthy living and the
environment, and she regularly appears on television and radio programs as
a consumer expert to talk
about wellness and lifestyle topics.
She started her career
in journalism and public speaking. Later, her interests lead to educating
consumers about their wellness decisions, including support of
homeopathy. And more recently, she has also put the spotlight on helping
the environment and boosting the health of our oceans, including her
promotion of the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program.
As a
wellness and lifestyle expert, Terra has appeared on the Montel
Williams Show, the CBS network’s New York This Morning, ABC’s
Chicago WLS News This Morning, NBC’s News at Noon in
Atlanta, and Good Morning Texas in Dallas -- and hundreds more! Terra also toured nationally on live TV
for the 2004 Athens Olympics. She has been featured at MSNBC.com,

addition to her on-air experience, Terra has an extensive writing
background. She is the former wellness editor of two national health
publications, Fit Body and REAL. She also wrote a popular
syndicated column called Terra Wellington’s Balanced Living which
included celebrity interviews and product/book reviews. Currently, she
serves as the health and wellness expert for
ClubMom.com, an
online destination for moms, co-founded by Meredith Vieira. And she is a
feature writer for
Healthnotes,
which provides healthy living info for websites and in-store kiosks found
in many grocery stores.
Terra
received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Brigham Young
University. She currently resides in the Los Angeles area with her
